Get a Great Start With Us
We love welcoming new patients of all ages into our Richardson dental office, and to ensure that your or your child’s first appointment goes as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to read over this page. If you have any questions, we definitely want to hear them, so be sure to give us a call !
Your First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit, you can expect that our team will not only greet you with a warm and welcoming smile, but we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and at ease throughout your visit. We’ll escort you to a treatment room where we will take digital X-rays of your mouth before we complete a full examination of your oral anatomy. A member of our team will perform periodontal charting to determine the depths of your gum pockets to ensure there are no signs of gum disease. Dr. Stampe will recommend any appropriate treatment options before the end of your appointment. We’ll also thoroughly clean your teeth to rid them of any hardened plaque and tartar.
New Patient Forms
To ensure we have all the necessary information in our system, we advise all new patients to arrive early. This allows you to fill out your new patient forms and avoid a possible delay in your appointment time. Once you’re finished with your paperwork, a member of our team will enter it into the system in preparation for your examination.
At CityLine Dental Center, Dr. Stampe is pleased to welcome most major PPO dental insurance plans. This allows you to avoid high out-of-pocket costs when pursuing dental care. A member of our team will be happy to review your policy and determine how best to maximize your benefits so that they don’t expire before you can use them. We’ll even work on your behalf to help you get the answers you need so that you can make the right decision about your oral health.
When multiple treatments are required or you are undergoing a procedure not covered by insurance, you can always inquire about enrolling in a flexible financing plan with CareCredit. Designed to offer low or no-interest payment plans, there are no surprise fees, making it possible for you to avoid paying the full amount upfront. Instead, you can break up the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments, making it easier on you and your budget.
